Is the KPI Tracking Selected by the User Working?

To check if the KPI tracking is working, follow these steps:

Check KPI Tracking for Google Ads Account:

  • Check the existence and status of conversions with the category “purchase“.

Check KPI Tracking For Meta (Facebook) Ads Account:

Impression and Click Tracking:

  • Log in to Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager.
  • Click on the “Campaigns” tab in the left menu.
  • Check the impression and click values of the campaigns.

Lead Tracking:

  • Log in to Facebook Business Manager or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Go to the “Events Manager” section from the left menu.
  • Select the data source you are actively using from the “Data Sources” section.
  • Check the existence and status of events named “Lead” in that data source.

Purchase Tracking:

  • Log in to Facebook Business Manager or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Go to the “Events Manager” section from the left menu.
  • Select the data source you are actively using from the “Data Sources” section.
  • Check the existence and status of events named “Purchase” in that data source.

If the KPI tracking is not working, here’s what to do:
